CC input area greyed out in WOO C

Hello.

Just launched new product that is selling.

Authors website- physical and digital books.

Selling well.

BUT, 1 in every 10 customers contact me because they can’t input CC in area. Greyed put.

I can’t get it to repeat itself on my end. 

They are repeat customers with accounts.

I have to manually add order to Woo & Square.

Anyone know what might be happening?

I am asking how they are ordering, i.e. phone, browser, desktop… to see if any correlation there.
