Booking Site won't load while using a wi-fi network

I'm having a consistent issue with my booking site not loading if a device is using a Wi-Fi network (tested in different devices and different networks, across multiple people) but loads and works fine using mobile Data. A client mentioned that their Safari/iPhone flags my website as not a secure site (while on Wi-Fi), with the following error: "this sites security certificate is not trusted." and "safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server." The client was using a Wi-Fi network when she got this message. However, she is out of state, and mentioned that mobile data still wasn't allowing her to access the site, but had no problems using it while here. This is the first instance I've had of that.

The issue persists on different browsers as well (Chrome and Safari), and Incognito/private browsing still have the same issue (still only when using a Wi-Fi network)

I have cleared Cache Data as well. No improvement.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hey there @MissDaniDoNails.  Can you please post the URl of your website/booking site?  I’d like to look at it so that I can see if anything obvious jumps out at me.  I am a customer of a few Square sellers who use online booking and haven’t seen this issue at all on my iPhone.

You’re welcome, @MissDaniDoNails.  So I tried it on a few different devices all attached to WiFi networks.  It works perfectly!  This leads me to strongly believe that the problem is either with your customer’s WiFi network blocking sites for some reason, or with their browser doing it, most likely because of a firewall or other software.  That makes it really complicated to track down.  Your problem is definitely NOT with WiFi networks, in general.  If possible, if might help to see some screen shots from the customer who is having the problem, or from you if you can recreate it.

Also, it would help to know who the ISP is when this happens, as well as device type, browser, etc. when the screen shots are taken.  Honestly, I doubt this is a widespread problem, but probably more localized to just a few.
