I hope this has been fixed. Can you please provide me with your website URL. I can check if your settings are set up correctly. However, this is a very easy link to set up once you are in your Square Online Store editor under > Checkout. What I suggest is to unpublish/publish your site again.

I Unpublished and republished and still didn't get Apple pay when I tried to buy from my personal phone

Both Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons are on
