All my items disappeared!
I went to update my pricing on my 20+ items. I saved it and went back to my website and ALL my items are not showing, even the ones I didn't change pricing on!
I've had this happen countless times before. It's usually something stupid like an item was changed from "other" to "service" or something like that.
It's so frustrating I hate adding new products!

Check the Item Visibility:
- Go to the Square Dashboard > Items > Item Library.
- Make sure the items are set to “Visible Online.” Sometimes updating pricing or details can reset this setting.
Verify Item Type:
- Ensure that the affected items are listed as “Goods” or “Physical Items” if they’re meant to appear online. Changing the item type to “Service” or another category can remove them from your website.
Check Inventory Tracking:
- If inventory tracking is enabled, make sure the stock isn’t accidentally set to zero. Items with zero stock may not show up online.
Sync Changes to Your Online Store:
- Go to Online in your Square Dashboard and check for any unsynced changes. Sometimes edits need to be manually synced to update your online store.
Publish Your Website:
- After making any updates, ensure you click Publish in the website editor. If the site isn’t published, changes won’t reflect online.
Preview Before Publishing:
- Use the “Preview” feature in the website editor to confirm the items are showing correctly before publishing.
