All Unavailable Items are still showing on my Square Online Store

I've spent a lot of time adding my items and building up my item catalog for my online site. I'm not ready to launch all products yet, but planning to do a Preorder

I want the Pre order items the ONLY things visible on my Online Site.

My issue right now is everything I've hidden are completely visible and accessible.

I've hidden all Categories from my Online site

I've also marked all items "UNAVAILABLE"

Yet, all items are there - visible and displayed on my Website. 

Is this because I have a POS App as well? One "help" thread told the user to remove all hidden items from their site - but I dont want to remove all the items I just built from my online site. I dont want to have to reduplicate my work to put them all back when I'm ready to launch my site in full. I also dont want to have to mark all my items qty 0 to keep people from buying if there is no way to have the functionality to work correctly. 

If I've hidden/marked unavailable something on my online site it should be not-visible at all to public regardless if I use or have the POS app as well.

Hello @raeniks !

I am wondering if you're running into a cached page issue with your site or perhaps a lag on the site. When there are a lot of changes to your website over a short period, I've seen times where your web browser will show an older version of the page. Clearing your cache or checking your page in a different browser may clear up what you're seeing. I've also seen times where lots of adjustments can cause the server to take its time showing the updated version of the page as well.

So my recommendations:

-Hang tight for a bit to see if the server catches up to you

-Try a different browser or clear the cache on your current browser.

If both of those don't help and you're still seeing hidden items, please respond back with your website address. While we can't see the back end of the site in a public setting, we may be able to help with things we can see from a customer standpoint.

Thanks for this! I hadn’t seen this option. I checked today and it’s only showing my preorder one.
