Is there currently anyway to limit "Schedule Pickup" to a select time frame?
After playing around in the settings for a while, and attempting to insert some javascript into the <head> tags with <script>, I am curious to see if anyone knows anyway to limit the Schedule Pickup.
Currently, if you enable it, it will adhere to your location's hours, but customers can select a date way far in advance. As good as that is, with things going on right now, and us being a bakery, we're taking things day-by-day, and would like to limit our customers to being able to "schedule" a pickup. The lack of being able to limit pickup date selection, leads us to having emails flowing in asking, which we have to say currently just leave it in the "Order Notes" which sometimes customers don't do.
As far as my unsuccessful attempt at inserting some JS into the <head> tag through the "integrations", it just looks like the online store, doesn't load any of your Integrations on the checkout page, only on the actual site pages.
Any advice, or any insight on if this feature can be rolled out anytime in the near future.

Just so I have a good understanding, are you looking for a feature that will allow you to enable scheduled pickups but select a timeframe?

Yup you are correct in your assumption. We would love to enable that feature but also be able to restrict the dates for customers to select. It already follows our business hours which is great, but it lets customers order too far out.
Side note:
While inspecting the element in the browser, I found that the plugin is flatpickr and tried to manipulate the javascript for it by placing some <script> tags in the head, but it looks like the checkout page doesn't take any custom code from the <head> section of the website.

Below is a screenshot of the date picker with a restricted date range and what we would like to see soon so we can utilize this feature!

I tried to think of a way you could do this using prep time for items, but there's not really a way to make it work so that it's guaranteed for specific hours on specific days. I appreciate your time and effort here.

I absolutely agree with this idea! We have weekly menus, so our items are only available one week at a time. I'd love the functionality to limit the days they can pick up those items!
