Appointments Time Zone/Printer Firendly Appointments Schedule

Hello there. I'm on ERT and am posting on behalf of a Seller. A seller has voiced their concern about the time zones while using Appointments. They noted that their device time zone settings should be reflected in their Square time zone settings rather than them having to go in and make changes to the account. Also, the Seller would like to have a printer friendly appointments schedule viewer. For example, the have the ability to view all of the appointments scheduled for the day/week or month and be able to print out that schedule. That is all. Thanks.

Hi @ajoseph, thanks for raising these. The seller's appointments calendar reflects the time zone of the device that they're using. More information about the time zone troubleshooting is available in our Support Centre here. 

Regarding the printer friendly viewer, this will be a feature request. I'll pass the feedback onto our Product team.

Hi @juliaporter3, thanks for raising this. Printer friendly viewer is still a feature request. As a workaround, you can take a screenshot to print it out. Your staff can also download the Appointments app to see their schedules too.
