Why is my Square Online site showing incorrect open times?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Square Online ignoring afternoon open times.

I have our store set to allow fulfilment between the hours of 10am and 2pm, and 4pm and 8pm daily, and I also have it set that customers can schedule pickups within those fulfilment times on the current day of their order.

 

For some reason our store is completely ignoring the afternoon fulfilment window and is just saying the store opens again tomorrow at 10am. When I change the setting and reload the page, it briefly displays pickup is available at 4:30pm, then immediately reverts back to saying the store opens again tomorrow.

 

Has anyone experienced this before? I have checked all setting in the Pickup preferences and it's all set correctly.

So in an attempt to "reboot" the system, I turned off the 'pickup' option, and then turned it back on. Now, inexplicably, all the products on the store are showing as out of stock EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE STOCK TRACKING TURNED ON.

 

This system needs a lot of work, there are far too many bugs.

Ahhh good, so the out of stock problem has fixed itself, but it's now back to saying the store opens at 10am tomorrow, even though the fulfilment calculator in the pickup preferences is showing that an order made now will be available for pickup in the next fulfilment window at 4pm. Apparently it's not communicating this to the front end.

Really sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing here, @GoldenElephant.

I'm looking at your website at the moment, and can confirm the following on my end: 

- All items are available this afternoon except for items in the Lunch Specials category, which are available tomorrow from 10.15am.
- When I add items to the cart, the pickup time is available as early as 4.45pm.
- The location and hours section is showing 10:00am - 2:00pm + 4:30pm - 8:15pm everyday. 

To confirm, have your location hours been updated in both of the following areas of the Square Dashboard?

Settings > Account & Settings > My Business > Locations 
Settings > Account & Settings > Fulfilment

I'll keep an eye out for your reply. 🙂
