The order of the options in a single item is not staying set

I have an item with options.  I can arrange the options and save the item.  However, when i go to preview the item it show the options in a different order.

The first image below shows the order of the options i desire.  I save it this way.

The order of options should be size, milk options, and lastly extra shots.

 

yet no matter how i change the order it always comes back the same.

Here you can clearly see the extra shots is first then size followed finally by milk choice.  Why is it not saving the order of my options?  All of my other drinks correctly have the optons in the correct order.

As an update, I now have multiple items which are not allowing me to change the order of the options in the item.

Fortunately, i am able to change the order in the pos.  However, the squareonline utility is not allowing any order change.

Also discovered that if i set the correct order in the pos and then make any edits in the square online utility the order of the options reverts back.

Anyone have any suggestions on this?  It is now happening on every new drink item i create.  It is becoming increasingly frustrating.  Thanks.
