Square online subscription downgrade

I am new and mistakenly signed up for the square online “plus” subscription plan. Is there a way to cancel my subscription or downgrade to the free plan for my website?

Yes, you can definitely request a downgrade and refund as long as you are within the 30 day from purchase refund window. 

 

We are not able to process refunds through the Seller Community, but please feel free to reach out to the support team when you have a chance. A rep will be able to initiate the full refund for you. 😊
