Self-serve items are coming up as unavailable
Why is it not working!?
ALL my items are Unavailable! I have changed them from Physical to Food & Beverage and back again, added stock, checked the location, checked the price and everything else, it even says "Visible" and when I click Save, the item list shows it as Unavailable.
We've just launched this and our customers are trying to scan QR codes with nothing to order!
Every button says "Not Available [price]"
And for a lot of Items there is a BLANK option at the top that can't be selected!
WHAT is going on with Weebly!? What is happening Square!?

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue @becaf_uk! I can definitely have a look on my end here to help you setup right away. There are a couple of troubleshooting steps we can try:
- Make sure you've also enabled Pickup & Delivery to activate Self-serve ordering
- Make sure your location type is set to Physical location within your Square Dashboard.
- Make sure you've enabled Accept Order Online.
Here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try to fix non-visible items. If you've exhausted all the troubleshooting steps and are still getting the same error, can you share your QR code with me so I can take a look at the site and investigate this further?

Did all that and was accepting orders last week no problem. Now something changed and all my items were offline, even if I change them to Physical or Food & Beverage, then saved as Visible, still showed as Unavailable. I had a long call with Support and we reached a resolution.
For anyone who might need it; the issue in the end was that the stock was 'synced' with Square, but we weren't managing stock, so for some reason Square Online auto-sync 'decided' that the items then weren't available. Randomly two days ago all our items changed to Unavailable, even though some were Physical and some were Food & Beverage. 'Default item fulfilment' also kept resetting to Delivery, but now it stays as Self-serve (yes, I clicked Save!).
'Square/Weebly' please sort this out. I don't know if the team are making updates without checking if it breaks things, but that seems likely, as one day it's fine, then another, one or more things are broken. It's certainly not me.
It's more difficult to manage than other eCommerce websites, because it's setting everything up differently from Square so it's almost separate, yet it syncs, it's also very restricted. Yet others like ECWID will only sync one location so I can't use that either. Squeebly is pretty bad, I mean it works sometimes, but it takes more work and (daily) monitoring to make sure things don't just randomly go offline, than the whole rest of the Square POS system. A lot of settings seem to randomly change bak to default and no one uses the dashboard but me, so it's very likely some bug(s) somewhere...
Also, would be god to get some sort of 'Advanced' options for web devs that want (have) to use Squeebly but also know HTML/CSS (or the API 🤘) and want to markup the site to their liking a bit more. It's far too restrictive, even if it is convenient.
