Scheudle Pick Up when Closed

I have a square site, I'm quite new to this, so I'm sorry if it's not the right place to ask this question.

I have a site for a food truck, which sells one dish a day, I expect online orders only.  The hours of operation are 5-10pm, when we are closed I need the order button to say "schedule pick up".  I've seen other sites that do this, but I can't find the option to set this up for myself.

To enable this feature, you'll want to go to your Pickup and Delivery settings, and toggle on the option that reads "Do you want to let customers schedule pickup orders for future days?" 

Additionally, I would recommend switching the template you are using on your website to Order Online, as this works better for food and beverage businesses than the Shop All template (designed for retail businesses). To do this, you'll need to access the website editor > click the page switcher in the top left area of the page > hover cursor over the Shop All page on the left side of the screen > click the 3 dots > Switch Template > Order Online > Done > Publish.
