Anyone else having issues with the checkout? Its not letting users get beyond the “user information” section and glitches out. There is no way to move onto the next step to choose the payment type.
It’s the weekend right now and customer support is closed, but I have a sale going on and no one can purchase anything! 😒.
Anyone know how I could have this issue looked at immediately?

Do you have any more context to provide? Is there an error message? Is this happening on mobile devices, desktop browser, or both?

I figured out the problem on my end.
check the address field for pickup option in the settings. Mine needed to be re-verified again for it work.
We have had the same problem here for the last two weeks. We have traced the problem several times but no one seems to be able to help us since they cannot reproduce the bug... @Willar @BernadetteA
