Hey @Lanjeu,

 

Welcome to the Community.

 

It sounds like you may have connected your Square Terminal to the Square Point of Sale System

 

Please follow the steps below to disconnect your Square Terminal.

 

Disconnect Your Square Terminal

  1. On your POS device, tap โ‰ก More, then tap  Settings  >  Hardware > Square Termina l

  2. Tap Disconnect from this device .

  3. Tap  Disconnect  to confirm. Square Terminal will disconnect from POS automatically. 

Note: If the disconnection fails, Square Terminal will continue to display the โ€œPowered by Squareโ€ screen, and youโ€™ll need to manually sign out by swiping from the top-left side of the Square Terminal screen to reveal the menu, then tap  Settings  > Sign Out . Tap Sign Out again to confirm.
