Hello, my name is David. I am new to Square POS. Having trouble setting up the App. I am not very good at technology and computers and can't really understand what to do. Our support team would be happy to talk you through setting up and using the app on a phone call. 

You can reach support on 1800 760 137, from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Melbourne time. We also have a call back feature if there's a bit of a hold time. 

In the meantime, this video is also a great resource on getting started with the Square Reader.
