Distance-based delivery fee
Why do the distance-based fees not work when applied to customers orders?
I've filled out the fields for distance-based fees but the system can't find 0-6 mile from our location and it charged customers fallback delivery fee. But over 6 mile it' working.
Does anyone have any insight into why this doesn't work ?
-We deliver 20 mile from W3
1 mile from us can't be calculated and be charged fallback delivery fee.
6.7 mile from us can be calculated.
Hope someone can help me to figure out this problem. Thank you.
