For my online store, I have a delivery fee set up to be charged to all orders. For some reason the fee wasn't applied to one customer's order and I have no idea why, all other customers that placed orders the same day were charged. How can I prevent this from happening in the future?

Hey @rollwithit,
That sounds odd. Where did you go to look to make sure it was/wasn't charged? I do know delivery fees aren't included in transaction reporting so I've seen sellers think it wasn't since it doesn't show there before.
It might be best to contact our direct E-Comm CS team to take a closer look. The Seller Community is intended for seller to seller conversations so unless another seller had the same experience- they might not be able to help further here.
