Can't find a way to set a specific date for orders pick up

I am selling seedlings on Square online and I want to offer pick up at one or two specific dates and places but I can't find a way to chose a specific date using square online. Any idea?

I would create an item as an "Event" type on your website with the time and location details and sell your seedlings as an "event".  This way you can make the pickup date/time/location wherever you want and just sell that item online.
