I've created a campaign to ask my clients for their birthdays. The only audience option is for contacts that you do not have a birthday in their profile. The campaign says that its active, but no emails have been sent out. When i look at the report and see the client list, it is empty.

Usually those birthday campaign emails are sent within 7 days of the customer's birthday.
Since it's an automated campaign - it will go by whatever birthday is saved to the customer's profile.
Has the campaign missed a birthday email that should've been sent?

Thank you for your response. The email blast I sent out was to ask clients for their birthday. It was one of the templates on the main page of marketing. When I look at the campaign report, the client list is zero. I had sent out a blast a couple weeks ago and client list was upload and email was sent.

Ah I see! Go ahead and reach out to our CS Team directly. They can take a deeper dive into the issue with the marketing emails not being sent.
Also, they can file a ticket with our engineers, if it's needed too.
