Why are my new automations not being sent out correctly?

We just set up all of our automations and so far we've had issues with 2 that have been sent out.

1. The one that asked for our customers birthday when opened on mobile showed an ugly green color on the header, rather than the beautiful picture we uploaded. This went to over 2k people.

2. We just received an abandoned cart automation and it had LITERALLY NONE of the verbiage that we have in the automation. 

What is causing this and how do we resolve asap??? Thanks.
