Hi @omarjamil27.  Definitely a good question especially for those of us who are new to websites, SEO and online marketing, in general.  Rather than copy/paste a lot of stuff, I’m going to provide this link to an answer I gave to a similar question another seller had.

Since posting that, I’ve found another Square resource that could be very helpful to you.  Sometimes it is wise to spend some money now to have a specialist help you with a particularly complex task such as SEO.  Here’s a link to various Specialists who can be hired to work with you to accomplish your task.  I’d recommend doing a search for “SEO” to get started.

Lastly, you didn’t say how long your site has been up and running, or how much SEO work you’ve done.  But, in general, the one thing I can counsel is patience.  Setting up and then tweaking SEO is an ongoing process.  At first it seems that nothing is happening, but it is happening behind the scenes.  It just takes time to see the results.

Good luck.

Chip

@omarjamil27 I'm not an expert in this area, but I have taught a basic Google business class for my local chamber.  Since most SEO is generated by Google, it is helpful to understand their algorithms.  Paying someone to increase your SEO results can be very expensive and not guaranteed.  If you choose to hire someone, investigate it well before you pay.  Make sure you understand what you're buying and what they're providing.  I would highly recommend checking out the free resources on Google for business owners.  It used to be under Google my business but they changed it to gybo.com.  Here is a snippet from my seminar.  I know that you've already mentioned some of this in your question but I included the entire paragraph.  I learned most of this first hand by attending a class myself and then created a new seminar out of the information that I learned.  See what your local chamber(s) have to offer.

"The number or frequency of hits on your Google listing does not increase the number of times that your business listing pops up, but it does get more hits for your webpage.  The purpose of SEO is not to make you more famous on Google, it’s to get your website more traffic.  When it comes to SEO, organization matters.  Does your website have useful, organic content or text links?  Good page titles and descriptions are important, you need a fast load time and you want images optimized.  You will learn how to answer these questions and access a lot of great information to use after this presentation, but for now I’d like you to pick up your phone again and search your business this time.  Looking at the Google information from a customer stand point, how would you change what you see?"
