Marketing email automation suggestion!

Why is there not an automation email campaign for product reviews.  Google reviews and facebook reviews but not product reviews.

Product reviews will sell more products than any google or facebook review

If square makes its money off card processing fees, I truly don't understand why they are not offering and improving its website builder and features at a rapid pace to get more sales going thru the credit card machine. 

I have began my website 2 months and have tripled my sales, but it is very FRUSTRATING the lack of features and they way you have to work the square system to get your webstore to do normal simple things a simple programing change can do.

I used a monster webstore 15 years ago and it had more features than square does.  I will give square the credit of being better than a go daddy store.  But come on man, I don't think the programmers at square ever shop online or have any clue about online sales.  They ought spend some time shopping at shopify stores.

Square needs to get its crap together.

If Shopify ever offered a free hardware package and migration of data id be out of square in a heartbeat.

Sorry about the rant, but its the truth.

Hey @Castlebait thanks for your post. I understand your frustration, especially when you're trying to run and build a business. I do think it's great you've been able to triple your sales. Most businesses do not have that kind of success in that short amount of time, so you should be commended.

Do you have an upgraded Square site that allows for reviews to be given by customers?

That's the first step, if you don't have that option, no automation will help here. I'm not sure if there is an automation email in the works, but you can suggest any improvements like this in the Ideate area on the Square Community. This would be under Feature Request.

It's hard to find any website host/builder or credit card processor who offers EVERYTHING you'd love to see. You say it yourself. All I can suggest is Square must be doing something right because you're using it right now, and speaking for myself (I do not work for Square), Square has been a huge help for starting and growing my small business. I hope you'll stick with Square and continue to offer suggestions for improvements; and figuring out workarounds often leads to learning about other tools and ways to market to your customers. Good luck to you and I hope your business continues to grow like it has been!
