I am setting up another marketing email, this is only my third, and I noticed that the drop down menu to add an item does not have all my items available to choose from!
Do I never get to add anything that starts after "R", or is there a fix to this?

@OhHue Let’s see if I can help you out here. First, I need answers to a couple of questions:
- I’m assuming you are sending a marketing campaign using the “Announce New Products & Services” template. Is this true?
- Can you start creating a campaign, click on the Products drop-down field, scroll all the way to the bottom and take a screen shot of what you are seeing there? Unfortunately, my ice cream shop doesn’t have a really long list of items, so my entire list is shown in the drop-down. I’d like to see a screen shot of the bottom of your list.
When I get your answers here, I’ll go from there!

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do. I didn't notice it when I have sent them before. The list is alphabetical and I offer 129 items right now. Only 100 of them show in the drop down. I'm wondering if that is the cap, which isn't good news!

@OhHue I can’t imagine there is a cap. Someone else would have squawked about that a long time ago! This is either a bug, a problem with your specific account, or something both of us are missing. That’s why I asked for a screen shot. Please, start creating a campaign, click on the Products drop-down field, scroll all the way to the bottom and take a screen shot of what you are seeing there? Thank you @OhHue . That definitely looks like a bug to me. Either the bottom of that list needs a “More…” button, or the list needs to expand to include all items. I will suggest that you, if you haven’t already done this, try clicking on the down arrow at the bottom right of that list. Maybe that will force a load of the remainder of your library. Even if it does, it’s still a bug.
@Ria I’ve noticed you active on the board today. Could you help @OhHue file a bug report so that one of the engineers can get started investigating early next week? Thanks!
