Ice Cream Social App / Affiliate Apps

I would like to inquire if anyone has experience using Ice Cream Social applications.

Unfortunately, there are no reviews available. I would greatly appreciate hearing about any real-world experiences to better understand their effectiveness.

I did sign up using my bank info but still, they say my account does not exist, and there is no contact number. sent them an email but didn't hear from anyone. 

My goal is to generate more leads and sales from my network by offering incentives for sharing and engagement.

Sorry for the long delay in replying.  Unfortunately, I’ve only done a free trial of that app so haven’t had any actual interaction with them.  But, I’m wondering if you tried their online chat from their webpage here?  I will admit, though, that even their website is pretty sparse.  I’d recommend trying the chat feature and if you can’t get anywhere it might be time to search the App Marketplace again for other options.  Sorry I can’t be of any more help than that.
