Email reply-sign up

Hi! 

So, I have the "Stay in the loop" email sign up button at the bottom of my page and it works. I get an email when a new customer signs up. I also created an automation for when they sign up with a coupon. However, the automation does not work. When I did a test for myself- I as the business owner got a notification that someone signed up but as the customer- I did not receive my automation email with the coupon. Is there a way to fix this? And- with the coupon is there a way to fix it so that the coupon expires after 1 week? As it is, it just gives me a date range(ie-4/24/24-4/30/24)- not a range from the time an email is sent(ie-one week from today's date).

Regarding the e-commerce pop-up, there is a disconnect with the marketing sign-up button. At present, it solely facilitates email opt-ins for marketing purposes.

 

To enable the collection of name, email, and phone number alongside the coupon, you'll need to implement a button linked to a sign-up form for marketing to contact the collection. You can learn more here.
