Edit & Deleted Button Needed ASAP!

Namaste! I wanted to give some direness feedback regarding the Online Market Coupons? PLEASE ADD the EDIT & DELETE Button to the Coupons. Edit-We have to recreate coupons anytime we forgotten to add or delete an inventory item. You can’t see the inventory anymore. You have to cancel and start all over again to add or delete inventory. This dosen’t make any sense. 

 

Which brings me to the Delete button. I have so many coupons from starting over because there’s not an Edit Button, that i have a lot of deactivated coupons stacking up because there is not a Delete button. 

 

The original format for Online Coupons was fantastic and amazing & there was NOTHING WRONG. You were able to edit and delete. Now this new merge in the Online Marking Coupons is very TIME CONSUMING AND VERY FRUSTRATING.

 

IT DEPT GET IT TOGETHER OVER THERE! MAKE IT EASY NOT FRUSTRATING.

 

* And please ask me or someone who will test your new updates before ROLL OUT. So you can get positive accurate & app friendly results.

I appreciate you coming to the Seller Community to share your feedback. I definitely agree that it is super frustrating when things are working well and then there are changes to the functionality. I will pass these frustrations on to the product team. There is currently a thread for this feature request on this feature request board if you would like to add your sentiments. 

 

Square does have a beta program where sellers are given the opportunity to try out new features and updates before they are rolled out. You can check out how to enroll into the beta program here

 

Thanks again for bringing your feedback. Hopefully you will see some wanted updates and changes soon as the product team takes feedback here into account when making their updates.

Exactly what CHERRETTA44 said. We can't edit or delete coupons which seems like that would be an easy fix.

Wow, I absolutely agree. I am trying to set up our October newsletter deal, and I am so, so frustrated by the new, worse, online coupons. You can't edit them?? You have to add colors individually? My product (yarn) comes in often 20+ colors. One of them comes in over 100 colors. We are busy people and we can't be adding each color individually, it's just unworkable. 

 

The result is that we have to make different decisions and can't run the marketing campaigns that we want. The software is getting in our way, preventing us from doing things, and wasting our time. Square should care about that!! Or we will leave and tell all of our friends to pick something else.
