Automation- Birthday Birthdate collection

Hey, I tried to set up the birthdate collection automation but it doesn't appear that it's been sent out to anyone and its been 2 days. Does anyone know how this is supposed to work? I did look on the forum and saw one other person with a similar issue but didn't find an answer.

The same thing happened to me. I sent out the email to collect birthdays and it looked like it didn't send it. I deleted it and did another and the same thing happened, but this time I left it. After a couple of days I checked the campaign and we have a couple hundred that has responded and signed up. So I don't know if it is done in increments or how. I'm like you I thought it would send out a mass email.

@_Violet It's working fine for me now, I just thought the birthday collection email would go out like a normal email, but it took a couple of days and I am now collecting birthdays.
