I've set loyalty point expiration to 12 months. I have customers that come in and want to know when their points are expiring. We used to be able to check that for them in the Square POS App and let them know when their next "batch" of points would be expiring. But in the last week or so, it seems like that's just been removed from the Square POS.
Has the ability to check point expiration moved to somewhere else? Was the removal of that feature on purpose? Is there a plan to bring that feature back?
