Loyalty Sign-up Bug
There is a bug on the loyalty sign-up page that is related to auto-fill.
In some cases (maybe ALL cases, I don’t really know), if a customer selects the email or phone number field and chooses to auto-fill in their information, the website will indicate that the email and/or phone number is not valid, so the form cannot be submitted.
The customer can either manually type in their information and then submit the form or they can delete the last character in the "invalid" field and retype it in, then submit the form.
It seems that the entry field is not "seeing" the information that is being auto-filled and it is treating it like an empty field until further action is taken by the customer.
To be clear, I am referring to the page that a customer is taken to when scanning the businesses loyalty QR code. In my case, the page is here: https://squareup.com/customer-programs/enroll/GV6dyyHSKMTu?utm_medium=qr-download&utm_source=in-stor...

Hey @SVLFever !
Thanks for bringing this to attention. I have reached out to our Support Team and I am having them take a look. I will be back once they respond!
Sorry for the delay in response here. That is not usually the norm.
