Loyalty Dashboard Empty

I recently signed up for the loyalty program for my business. I have customers who have signed up for the loyalty program and made purchases. Their activity shows, but the dashboard and sales data are empty. 

I have:

1) Cleared the cache numerous times

2) I am using the most recent version of Chrome.

3) I have restarted my computer.

4) I have restarted Chrome.

5) I have logged out of my account and logged back in again.

6) I have tried to access the dashboard on different devices; the dashboard remains empty. 

 

Any ideas?

Hello @beringiaz thanks for your post. How recently did you sign up? I think the sales data is combined and reported in 30 day/monthly periods. So if you just signed up a week or so ago, you won't see data until the month period is over.

 

If you go to Loyalty > Reports > Sales, you'll see the option to sort the report starts at the smallest time frame of 30 days.

Ah ah! Very helpful. Yes, I signed up last week. I realized I can see numbers from October.

 

It would be nice if we could see a smaller time range so we could link to daily/weekly sales.
