Has anyone managed to reach out to Loan Department and get different answer than the template they use? I was on the phone with them 4 weeks ago and I was told that they will be looking into my account manually but no one replied until I had to called them again today. Now they sent the same old '' we’ll continue to monitor your account as your eligibility may change at a later date'' answer.

I've been working with Square for over 4 years and started my second location a couple months ago and doing 4x better than the first one. Never got an offer yet. what they are telling me is basically it could be tomorrow or next year, who knows. Is this acceptable? I hate that we are just numbers to them. Not investigating individually. I believe If we gather together, they will have to be more transparent. I will be starting looking for alternatives for the long term. 

Please let me and them know about your opinion about How It should be or how it effects your business so they might take us more serious.

little update: I've got one email from a manager that literally says the same template I used on my original post. Another one from Sammie letting me know that I have an offer for my first location.(Although I was always talking about my second location.) Even that is like a punishment,  3x lower than my last loan.
