Loan application

I got an offer two weeks ago. I submitted all info requested. I even kept in touch with Lourdes from loans to see about if any other info was needed. Response was you are backed up and nothing needs to be sent in because info is good. Now I got an email saying I am declined because I never sent in requested info. What info??? I was told all info was complete!!! Help!!!! I’ve been with you for years and always paid ahead of schedule. You can’t freak me out like this!!!! Please help.

Sorry about your inconveniences and troubles that you are having with your loan offer.  You would ultimately need to call in and speak with a Square loan specialist again to see what is going on, or what can be done with a new loan.  Since this is a public forum, we don't have the specific access to your account. 

 

I have seen far too many times a lapse or a glitch in a companies system that doesn't always show the rep the proper information at the time. (Chase, QB and Synchrony).  It's unfortunate to say the least.  But I would give support a call and hopefully that they can figure out what happened and rectify the situation for you.
