Invalid Birthday

When finishing the application for a loan offered to me it says my bday is invalid.  I have tried all of the browsers, logged out, disconnected all devices connected, etc etc.

Can you access previous loans and see if a date is wrong on it? If so, I would try that date, and then once you receive it, reach out to Square and see how you change it to the correct date. I'm sure sending in a picture of DL would do it.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve not had a loan before and for the life of me can’t find where I would have put my BD upon setting up square. I’ve scoured profile and obvious places.
