How do i cancel a payment

I chose to make a payment on a loan .....but the linked bank account is no longer active....how do I cancel the payment

Hey there @Houston_leather.  It’s probably too late now, since you posted on Friday.  But here is a link to the direct contact information to the loan department.  They will be able to assist you, now and in the future.
