How do I upload verification forms for Square Loans?

I am writing because I have called and I keep trying to upload the documents but no browser or device I'm using am I allowed to send in the documents to verify my business  nor butis it giving me any of the Fax info  I don't know why ,but every document is in the square secure portion of my dashboard I don't know what else to do because I'm willing to email these documents to someone directly if I need to please help

Hi @Myc - Here are full instructions for uploading any additional documentation for Loans. 

How to Upload Documents
You can upload the requested documents on your Square Dashboard. If you are having trouble uploading the documents through your Dashboard, please refer to our Browser Troubleshooting article.

To submit via fax:

1. Log in to your Square Dashboard.
2. Click on the Verification button at the top of the page.
3. Complete any required text fields.
4. Click on Send via Fax and print out the cover letter.

If you are unable to access the cover letter, please fax your documents to +1-877-805-2214. Please include a cover page with “Attention: Square Loans Team”.

I've also asked someone from our Loans team to reach out if you need additional help!
