Specific balance amount not showing up as a paid invoice

I have a specific balance amount of $96.80 showing up paid for a $100 invoice. When I go to the invoice section to identify who paid this, the hundred dollar invoice is not showing up in the paid invoice section. Has anybody ever encountered this?. I’d like to be able to find out who paid this, but I have no way of knowing because it’s not showing up there.

Did you try finding it on the Transactions page? You can change the source to just Invoices. Not sure how they could pay less than the full amount....
