Someone paid their invoice and it's showing up in transactions but it didn't transfer money

Someone paid their invoice, it's showing up in transactions but didn't transfer the money to my account.

If you go to your Transactions on your dashboard, and scroll to the one that was paid but not Deposited yet and Click or Double Click on it a popup will appear showing what was on the transaction, the card and at the bottom it States Transferred. If this is Black lettering it was transferred and you can click on it to see the bank account transferred to.  If the Transferred is Grey and not underlined this was not Transferred yet and is waiting for the next banking process to occur to transfer if you have automatic transfers enabled.   You sometimes have to wait a couple of days depending when the Transaction occurred for the Deposit ID to appear as per Bank Holidays and Weekend Hours.   For example my transactions from Yesterday are showing but there is no Deposit ID yet for any of them. 

 

For me Transactions from Friday have Transferred to my bank but my Saturday Transactions have not transferred yet but will on Monday, or so they normally do.
