Receipts/Invoices Changes Not Reflected in Previews

According to various YouTube tutorials, my changes should automatically reflect on the left side of the screen. Only the logo and color are all I see. When I click on preview or send myself a receipt it doesn't show any additional changes.

Thank you for being a part of the Community but more importantly, thank you for being the BOMB.COM and including a screen recording so we can fully understand what you're experiencing!

 

The settings you're editing are for your digital receipts; what you're calling a receipt is actually an Invoice you created. If you make a sale, your buyer will receive a digital receipt like the one in the preview with all the information you selected to add.

 

To edit your Invoices to include additional information, you will have to edit it in your Invoice settings. Square Invoices Plus lets you create and save multiple invoice templates that automatically fill with your invoice information, helping you save time.
