Hi, I'm looking fro help to print catering orders for the kitchen staff. The kitchen should not be privy to the costs and payments. In our 3rd party catering platform, they give me the option to print the order with or without the prices.
Right now i'm printing the invoice and cutting the piece of paper and giving the kitchen a tiny prep sheet with no details.
Is there a "kitchen sheet" to print instead of the invoice? Thank you!

Hey @ManitasCafe from the POS app or the Restaurant app you can print kitchen tickets that will have all the details of the order but with no prices etc.
When you say you are printing the invoice, can I just check if these are large orders or ‘regular’ meal orders? This doesn’t make a difference as both can be printed in the same way, but there might be a better way if we know how you work.
Hardware wise, you can connect a receipt printer to your POS for kitchen tickets or if you’re using iOS you can also use a AirPrint printer. The full list is HERE for printers. Another option is to look at the Square KDS system with a screen kitchen side.

Thank you, but this doesn't solve the issue. These are large catering orders and not orders at the POS. We send people invoices with custom fields such as utensils, delivery, time of the order. And this order needs to be given to a manager and the kitchen staff on a piece of paper as if its a project, not just a lunch order. So printing the invoice would be great but if it didn't have the prices. We use EZ Cater for ordering and when we print the order, they prompt us if we want to print with prices or without. This is the solution because for catering orders the kitchen doesn't need to see the cost.
