I am looking for an exact time an invoice was sent. I am only able to see a date, not the time of day. I need to know because we cancel unpaid invoices at 4pm and a customer is saying we canceled early.

Within the invoice details themselves, I don't think there is a way to see an exact time that an invoice was sent, just the day that it was sent (or scheduled) I am about 99% sure on this
If the customer has a cell phone attached in their details, you can try
the following. From the Square Dashboard click on Customers > Customers . Search for the customer/company and click on them. This will pull up their information in a new window on the right hand side. You will then want to scroll down to the messages section of their profile, and click on that section where it will say "last message sent on xxxx". Scroll through the section of the messages to where it sent the invoice and hover over it and It will show you the exact time that it was sent.
Alternatively, you can turn on email notifications for sent invoices under Invoices >Settings> Notifications (See screen shot below)
