Invoice won't let me add the subtotal or any amounts on my invoice?

Why can't I can't just create a Invoice? Is it b/c I've added the wording "Service Charge"  the put gratuity, & listed amounts of bill charges?

@Helpmee do you have a screenshot? or have any invoices or subscriptions automatically processing? Sometimes when our subscriptions process they kick out the invoice number at the top as 'already used' so if you delete that number it will process and assign it's own. We customize wording on the invoices all the time so I don't think that is it, but a screenshot might help.
