I am wanting a way to send form or menu to clients that can connect to items to create invoice

Good Morning

I am Marti. I own a catering, retail, and wholesale business. I am looking for a way to send a form or menu to a client and be able to create an estimate from that form. We customize everyone's menu, so I would like to be able to send our options to them with other questions to fill out.

I was using Dubsado as a CRM, and it did this,s but I wanted to try and get everything in one place, so I don't miss anything and so I am not having to run 400 different programs

things I have already tried

-You are not able to send a menu through messages. (which would be the easiest)

- I have 3 different profiles per  item to have wholesale, retail, and catering prices

- Packages do not work because you have to have a set price, and we have too many selections.

- google form, but that does not easily connect to my items on the Square.

Would love any advice or any recommendations on what to do. I have had so many different programs I wish I could just create my own to include everything I need.

@martiscakes , hi! I moved your post from the beta community over here to our Food and Beverage forum. I think you might get some more collaboration regarding your question. Hopefully some answers! @ryanwanner @vinesandrushes @lenjobakes ? Any of you have any experience with this type of scenario?

Hi @martiscakes , Have you used Jotforms?  You could embed a Jotform on your website and tie it to Square for payment.  It’s connected to items in Square too. You can customize it and you can also email the form from Jotform for the potential client to fill out.  But you could have it on your website and then direct the client to fill it out and select the items they want to decrease the amount of upfront touch for your team. And empower the client to see what’s available easily and order at their leisure.  I’m not sure if this will work for your process.

I’m using the form to collect info (for phone consultation-no payment collection) and for ordering gourmet cookies (payment thru Square).  The cookies require full payment up front, so I’m not sure if it can be setup for installment payments. For our custom cakes and cookies, we generate invoices and contracts manually thru Square.  You can see examples of the forms on our website: platinumcakedesigns.com  go to Consultation and Cookies in the menu to see what it looks like to the end user.  I hope this helps.  Chef Nevia
