How long does it take to my invoice payment to post?

I’ve been a Square customer for 6 yrs now and have 3 businesses through Square. My oldest one still runs as expected and my second one is ok but my newest account has been problems from the start. I set it up and everything was verified, so I set up the website and started taking orders. Then it was locked as soon as I received my first online payment from my website. So I had to verify everything again and fill out information that had never been requested before, but I finally got it unlocked and back up. Currently I’ve been taking card and online payments with a short delay in the balances being available (usually 30 min to an hour). I had a custom order come in today and the customer requested an invoice.  I sent the invoice and the customer received & paid it but it’s not showing up in my balance. It’s showing that it was paid in full but it still hasn’t posted. I’ve used the Square invoices app with my original square welding business account and it posted the payment within 5 min, it’s been hours and the payment is still not showing in my balance on this new account. As I stated I’ve been a loyal customer for years but it seems Square isn’t the same company it was when I started.
