Customer changed credit card for recurring payments

One of our customers changed his business credit card.    He has a recurring weekly order.    He is asking for a way to change it on his end.   Any help is greatly appreciated.

Had you saved the previous card as a card on file on your end? 

If so, there's unfortunately no way for the customer to update on their end. 

But you can do it by following the steps in this article

 

You can also create a new invoice series and allow them to save the card on their end.
