How can I reverse or cancel a partial online payment (by other method, check) recorded manually for wrong customer?

@pbellajr Using your device, navigate to transactions. Select the transaction, select the items in the transactions that were incorrect and refund. Alert the customer it may take a week to process. Hope that helps!
