Properly Represent Business On Contract

At the top of a newly created contract it states, "This contract is between MrFieldTech (the "Business") and Lloyd Gross (the "Client") dated 09/16/2022." but the contract isn't specifically for Lloyd Gross, it's for their business Dunder Mifflin. Even though Lloyd Gross' profile on Square has Dunder Mifflin listed as their Company, the contract doesn't reflect this.

How is this changed without changing the customers profile to make their name Dunder Mifflin (as this will change their customer information every else across Square)?

Hi @MrFieldTech - Welcome to The Seller Community, it's always nice to see a new face 😊

Great Question.

At this time, Square Contracts are addressed to the person, not the company. If you'd like the company name to appear, they’d need to change the customers profile. A great work around from our engineers suggests that you can add things like the business name into fields like “Additional notes” or elsewhere, but the addressed to wouldn’t change.

This would be a great feature request to add to the Ideate Board so that in future platform developments our engineers have visibility on such a great idea.

As always, feel free to stop by The Community with question, concerns and even feature requests. We are more than happy to assist.
