There's no specific amount of time from our experience - each business is different - it depends on the information you entered and the type of business.  Some businesses can be approved in a day or two while it can take a longer for others - especially, if more info is required.  If you have met all the requirements and have not received any confirmation within 3 or 4 business days, then you may want to follow-up with Customer Support.
