Hi there!
I'll be traveling internationally from the US to the EU for two months starting in April. Tried to find this in the help articles to no success:
- Will there be any problems using my checking account card in the EU from Square's side of the transaction? Not asking if my card will be accepted by a vendor - I know that can't be guaranteed.
- What are the processing fees for using my card internationally?
Thanks!

Hi Mirandawpluvio,
Seems the best info I can find is here. For more specific questions, probably contacting Customer Support would be your next step.

Hi there, @mirandawpluvio!
@JK_Fiber_Art provided an awesome resource regarding Square Debit Cards.
You can use your Square Debit Card anywhere internationally Mastercard® debit cards are accepted (including in person, online, and at ATMs).
There are no fees associated with using your Square Debit Card. You only have fees when you take payments using your Square account. The amount that you receive in your Square Checking Account is after fees have been taken out.
I hope this provides some clarity!

No one at Square -- after being transferred five times to various departments, back and forth -- had answers about using the card overseas. This link provides some answers: https://squareup.com/us/en/banking/business-debit-card
