Adding to @JK_Fiber_Art's response, there are a number of reasons why you might not have received your transfer yet (bank account has become unlinked for example).
We don't have access to your account information on this platform, so our help here is limited ! If you still haven't received your funds after the standard transfer timeframe, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team by email, or phone at 855-700-6000 (Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm Pacific Time). They'll be happy to assist.

Without additional information, we have to guess as to what is going on. I'm going to assume you sold something or processed a transaction and the funds have not appeared in your bank account - if that's the scenario, great - if not you need to provide more details. Getting back to what I said - it takes up to 36 hours or 1 to 2 business days (Monday thru Friday) for funds to be transferred to your bank account - this is the normal process. It can take longer if the transaction was done over the weekend or a holiday. If you need your funds faster, there are options - see this info, note - there are additional fees for those options. We've used Square for years and the standard transfer process has worked quite well for our needs however, depending on your requirements, some businesses prefer the faster options.
