I went to make a cash deposit into my business checking account- when I opened the app, hit balance- no option appeared to add funds and my balance was $0. I had received payments that day there’s no way it should have been $0. And having a square checking account I leave my funds in that account- and if transferred I do it manually. The only information about a checking account is when I click on banking it tells me I’m approved for a checking account. Everything about my checking account is gone. No account number, no transaction history- I used my card 2 days ago. No monthly statements- nothing. However, I finally received an email that my money was transferred to an old bank account. I did not authorize that. Yes, I’ve updated my app, cleared my cache, I’ve attempted to contact support- which is a frustrating nightmare. My account is in good standing- no issues there. Anyone? This is crazy. Help!
